Last Night.......Full-Fat Milk.....and Coco-Monkey!

God, this is mental....look at coco monkey! He's looking rather simple today isn't he? I came across this while researching for a comment on the last post;) Anyway, enough of that, as things aren't desperate enough for me to ramble on about monkey based breakfast snacks. Listening to a Pearl Jam album at the moment. It's the album 'Ten'. Anyone like them at all, or given them a listen. Eddie Vedder is such a performer, putting in 100% everytime with his musical offerings. I'm liking the song 'Even Flow' above the rest at the minute. Download it if you get chance. I don't feel brilliant at the moment. I woke up around half hour ago after getting bed at around 5am this morning. A late night, thanks to Napoleons Casino. For the first time ever, it was quite a lucrative move to go there after the club. I haven't been to casino for ages. I had quite a good night last night. Went out with Matt and Presty. Have been going out alot recently actually. I think I've been out more in last 2 weeks than I have for the last 5 months. Another good thing is, I only actually had two drinks last night. Thats not to say I felt a little light headed though. I had two orange-vk turbo chargers (3 shots of vodka with an orange alco pop) in the first pub, and thats it. Typical brit-culture, binge drinking, at least I didn't have any more though. I knew were to stop which I always do surprisingly!

You can't see it brilliantly, but this is the true extent of my new hair colour. I've kinda got used to it quite quick and don't really mind it. People have put it down, but I just see it as different and a bit of fun. Was going to turn it blue but decided against it almost momentarily as I feared it may actually come out like shit-house green! How rough do I look?!? I
don't even see what kind of face I was trying to pull! Probably, F***ing hell, everyones going to see my gold hair!

God, I have just come back from getting a drink as I was suffering from a bit of dry-mouth, and I wish I hadn't gone down to get one now. I poured out a glass of the milk we've got in the fridge and took a long drink. Disgusting, I was nearly sick, why did my mum get full fat milk?! I've been so used to semi-skimmed for so long that this made my stomach turn.

I Just a took a photo from my front door looking over across the road. Mainly because I want to ask people like bashful blue, what they think about the houses over here. Does the house over my way look like a typical British house? Do we posess our own style of house aside to the rest of the world?

I'm not going to be getting upto much today as don't feel fantastic. Think I might have made arrangements to meet up with my grandparents for lunch today. Will be lunching out at a golf cl
ub near me if so. After that, I might catch a few Z's.

Peace Out!..... and will converse with y'all very soon!

Lazy Days!

It might be the soaring heat from the sun or something in my coco pops this morning, but it has made me feel so lothargic it's unreal. I feel like just sleeping all day! Therefore I have'nt performed anything even remotely constructive today, which is a real shame, as I really thought I had turned some kind of corner. The kind of corner, that is a pivotal moment of life. The kind of moment where you realise that you should not take anything for granted and live each moment like it's the last. Anyway, never mind, I can easily recover from this! Its only a mere setback, a lapse! I will now get myself on track, starting tommorow. Let's see how it goes eh? See if I'm complaining this time next week about lack of activity in my life.
Receieved a call from a mate from work today, who is currently sunning it on a beach in Egypt, on the Red Sea Riviera. He explained how, yestedray, he was stood in the crystal blue waters watching tropical fish swim gracefully around his legs and feet. That paints a nice image for me, and encourages me to keep working towards saving those pennies for my summer holiday!
Met up with 3 guys last Friday in the town centre. The subject of discussion was the possibiliy of me joining there newly formed band. Everything seemed to go well, as we all got on and the banter was flowing. I met with one of the guys yesterday for a jamming session and it went well also. We are trying to create a 'ska' version of Crowded House's 'Weather With You'. Whatever happens, it should be a crazy song, so watch this space.
We are looking towards all getting together at the end of this week sometime so looking forward to that. I have good feelings about this band and what might come of it. Fingers crossed it doesn't go down like a lead balloon.

Just becuase I don't have any photos to show you at the moment of any importance, I will show you this. It's of a sheep eating out of a bin, poor bugger turned down a sausage roll I was trying to give it to eat out of that bin! (Goathland, North York Moors)

Oh yer, and this is a photo I took in Budapest, of a Hungarian trying to hustle me at a game of chess! I wasn't having any of it because he seemed a little strange, so I took a photo of him instead. He really wasn't happy at all! (Budapest, Hungary)

The Calm after the Storm

Saturday was a really tough day at work. I worked around 15 hours straight and at one point it muct have been hotter than the sun in the kitchen. It really was that bad. It's really took it out of me, to the point that even today, the day of rest was tough going. I have felt so lothargic all day, I even had a 2 hour kip at around 4pm.

I wasn't at5 work tonight as Sunday is my only full day off. I had chance to inspect the new car of mine, and the wound on my finger! I have took photos of each for you to inspect.

I love the new car! As I said in the last post, it's a 'Renault Clio LR 1.2 Versailles'. I really wanted to drive it today but I don't have it taxed at the moment. I can't even go to post office first thing either becuase I dont have the insurance documents through yet. Am going to try and do it by phone tommorow though as heard it's possible. It's really nice inside, much nicer than my last. Infact, it's all around a step up from my Fiesta. Unlike the Fiesta, it sports a sunroof and cigarette lighter, which will give hours of added pleasure;)
Will have to see how long it takes to get used to driving it though eh? An added bonus, is that the insurance with 'Norwich Union Direct', has more than halved on renewal for the coming year, which is definetley a 'Brucey Bonus'!

The photo is a bit blurry, but that's what you get for a 45 gbp digital camera;) Its actually worse than what it looks as the photo doesn't quite reveal the true extent of the near fatal injury. The little guy didn't stop bleeding for around 24 hours which was obviously quite concerning. It appears that it's finally on the mend though which is quite good news as it is proving to be quite an annoying little gash.

Saw this bit of artwork in a modern art gallery in Cork the other week, just thought you might want to comment on it, would be good to hear from you. It was on sale for 9,000 gbp. They didn't give credit so I didn't purchase.
